  2. Get 1 red onion

  7. Take 4 large carrots
  8. Make ready 1 beef stock pot
  9. Get 1/2 litre boiling water
  10. Get Tin mixed beans

  12. Prepare 1 large glass red wine

We just got back from Los Angeles. Remove beef from stock pot once cooked. Add beef broth, tomato paste, mushrooms and potatoes. Stir well and season with bay leaves and thyme.

  1. Prep the ingredients, you will also need a casserole pot with lid.
  2. Add the olive oil to the casserole pot and add chopped onions and soften for a few minutes.
  3. Add the beef, garlic purée and tomato purée and fry till the meat is browned.
  4. Add the flour and mix well coating all the mixture in flour.
  5. Add the tinned beans, tinned tomatoes, beef stock put, 1/2 litre boiling water, large glass of red wine and roughly cut carrots.
  6. Add to the oven on 160’C and simmer for 2 hours - stirring every now and again. Serve with roast potatoes, enjoy!

Add beef broth, tomato paste, mushrooms and potatoes. Stir well and season with bay leaves and thyme. Remove the beef from the pot and add the vinegar and wine. Cook over medium-high heat, scraping the pan with a wooden spoon to loosen any browned bits. Add the beef, beef broth and bay leaves.
