  5. In every portion you have to make cuts with the help of knife. Apply little water and keep one stuffing roll in between. now from the bottom close it's edges overlapping their corners.
  6. Make all striped samose this way. Heat oil in a pan or kadhai. Once the oil is hot.. add samose and fry till golden brown.
  7. Serve hot along with sauce or your favourite chutnies.
