Directions: Combine DairyPure milk, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan on the stove-top at a medium heat. Continue to whisk, making sure to scrap the bottom of the pan, so the cornstarch doesn't burn, allowing the milk to scald. Combine sugar, flour, and salt together in a separate microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl. Whisk hot milk into the sugar mixture gradually.

Instructions to make Custard filling in jar:
  1. First boil the milk and in a bowl take some milk and add custard powder and mix it and in a low flame while mixing add custard mixture and keep stirring then add custard powder in a medium low flame keep stirring till the milk thickens up once done keep aside and let it cool
  2. Second make chocolates out of slabs using double boiling method i also coated strawberries and used it in filling and made heart shape chocolates
  3. In a jar add sponge, add custard mixture then add fruits and chocolate pieces.
  4. Let it cool and set in freezer then add sponge and custard layer and decorate with chocolates and crumbled sponge cake

Combine sugar, flour, and salt together in a separate microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl. Whisk hot milk into the sugar mixture gradually. Pour the custard filling into a ziptop bag. Vacuum seal the bag using the "water displacement technique". The rest steps are the same as using mason jars.
