  5. Place a tall pot over heat with enough water to cover the jars when you put them inside.
  6. As soon as the water starts boiling place -very carefully so that you don't get a burn- the jars in it.
  7. Boil for 15΄- 25΄from the moment you place them in the pot and depending on how ripe the fruits are.
  8. Set the pot aside and leave them in it for an additional 20΄.
  9. Then remove them and as soon as they cool they are ready to store even outside the fridge.
