  17. Take 2 teaspoon chopped galangal

  19. Prepare 3 candlenuts, roasted

There are two significant kinds of laksa, each with several variants, depending on the region. The basic laksa is sometimes called curry laksa. The more popular in my opinion is the curry Laksa which I usually make and the other one is the tamarind-based soup. Both incorporate noodles like vermicelli, rice noodles and others, udon.

  1. Blanch the dried pasta with hot water until tender drain then set aside.
  2. Heat the oil and sauted ground spices, Salam leaves and lemon grass until fragrant.
  3. Add seafood marinara and coconut milk and pounded coconut. Bring to boil and stir occasionally to prevent the coconut milk from curdling.
  4. How to serve ; arange pasta Noodle, bean sprouts, slice eggs in bowl. Pour hot gravy to cover these and sprinkle with fried shallots and basil or coriander leave.
  5. Serve with sambal and shrimp cracker

The more popular in my opinion is the curry Laksa which I usually make and the other one is the tamarind-based soup. Both incorporate noodles like vermicelli, rice noodles and others, udon. Of course a flavorful noodle soup is not complete without toppings so tofu puff, fish cakes etc. comes into play. Place a saucepan over a medium heat and add the olive oil. Stir in the chilli and cook for a minute, then add the Thai red curry paste and cook for a further minute.
