  3. Bake the pork with half the sauce 180 C for 25 minute or longer depending on the thickness of pork
  4. Turn pork and add balance sauce then bake for another 15 minute or longer depending on the thickness of pork
  5. Remove pork then add 3tbsp of water on baking dish to dilute sauce bring it to a boil and then fully coat cooked pork with sauce

Place the pork and the marinade in a ziplock bag. Seal and shake well until the pork is evenly coated. Set aside to marinate in the fridge overnight. Line a roasting tray with foil. Remove the pork pieces from the marinade and place onto the rack.
