  3. Now add two tblspn of water and blend it into semi fine paste.
  4. Now take a kadai and add 3 tblspn coconut oil in it.
  5. Now put 3 tblspn peanuts and saute it.
  6. But stirr it continously on low flame so that it does not get burnt.
  7. Now add 1 tspn mustard seeds.
  8. When it starts spluttering then add chana and urad dal into it.
  9. Stirr it continously till it gets brown in colour.
  10. After that add dry red chilli deseeded, hing, curry leaves and turmeric powder.
  11. Saute it by stirring continously.
  12. Now add the coconut paste.
  13. Stirr it while mixing it 3 to 4 mins.
  14. Now add salt and mix it again.
  15. Now switch off the flame.
  16. Now we have to mix this Coconut paste into cooked rice.
  17. So mix the Cooked rice into the Coconut paste very well so that they are combined to each other properly.
  18. Now it's ready to eat.
  19. Serve it with yogurt or chips.
  20. I have added green chutney also.
