  2. Prepare 1cup Red chillies soaked in warm water for an hour

  15. Prepare 1 pkt Rice Noodles cooked as per instructions
  16. Get 1 bowl Julienned Veggies like carrots, beans, Zucchini,Baby Corn
  17. Prepare to Taste Salt
  18. Take 2 tbsp oil
  19. Prepare For Garnishing
  20. Get As required Chopped Spring Onions

In a large saucepan heat the oil and add the laksa paste. Add the coconut milk and stock and bring to the boil. And so the hunt for a vegetarian Asam Laksa recipe began.   5. Take a bowl. Plate a layer of the Noodles, the steamed veggies, and pour the curry over the noodles to the brim. Top with spring onions and peanuts and serve warm with a lemon wedge.
