  6. Liver stock,maggi,salt then add the rice after the water is almost drying off for like 15min then add carrot and green beans the steam will cook the vegetables.
  7. Stir together,food is ready.peel plantain,sprinkle salt then place pan on heat add vegetable oil then fry plantain.
  8. Serve coconut rice with plantain very yummy.
