Coat the marinated fish pieces with starch first, then coat with egg liquid. Line cookie sheet with foil; generously spray foil with cooking spray. In shallow bowl or dish, beat egg and water with wire whisk until well blended. In another shallow bowl or dish, mix bread crumbs, lemon-pepper seasoning and garlic salt.

  2. Take a large mixing bowl and add gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli, turmeric, chat masala, caram seeds, cumin seeds, lemon juice and add some water to make a thick paste like pakora mixture
  3. Now add fish pieces into it and coat into the mixture well
  4. Marinate for 1/2 hr
  5. Now heat oil in a wok and deep fry fish pieces till golden brown from both sided. Take out from oil and keep a side.
  6. Fry all the fish like this.
  7. Now again refry them to make coating more crysp on high flame.
  8. Dish out and serve hot with chatni or ketchup. Enjoy with your family and friends
