We are adding milk here if your sugar has any dirt particles, it will help to remove dirt from sugar bcz milk will torn and the dirt will come on surface so that you can easily remove that.
  5. Sugar syrup consistency must be not so thick, it is ok if it has oily texture.
  6. Heat oil in a wok, add all gulabjamun, fry till 15 minutes or it becomes golden brown on low to medium flame. Try to avoid cracks. Dont touch with ladle.
  7. Put all gulabjamun in sugar syrup.
