Grind in the grinder to make a coarse paste. Now add the grated jaggery, cardamom powder and khuskhus and mix well to make the filling.   2. Grate or cut jaggery with knife
  3. Roast besan or gram flour in clarified butter till it turns reddish golden colour
  4. Mix sesame, peanuts, jaggery & besan together
  5. Add cardamom & nutmeg powder in above mixture
  6. Grind all above ingredients in mixture grinder. Our stuffing is ready
  7. In mixing bowl take wheat flour, add oil & salt
  8. Knead it with water, make dough, apply some oil & rest it for 15 minutes, cover plate on it
  9. Make small equal balls
  10. Take one ball, dust wheat flour on it
  11. Make katori or cup shape of the dough
  12. Fill our sesame jaggery stuffing in it as shown in picture
  13. Cover it properly, seal correctly, make sure that our stuffing should not come out while rolling
  14. Now roll it with rolling pin, roll not too much thin or thick, roll slowly
  15. Then place it on hot tawa, apply some ghee or oil, roast both sides
  16. You can make 8 rotis by using above ingredients
  17. Add dollop of ghee then relish serve hot, you can enjoy it with bowl of milk
  18. These tilgul poli you can enjoy for 4 to 5 days, you may carry in long journey. You can store the stuffing in air tight container in refrigerator so that you can make poli anytime.
